Stuart A. Platt is the founding member of the Firm. He is admitted to practice law in the State of New Jersey and the State of New York. Mr. Platt concentrates his practice in all aspects of municipal/local government representation, real estate, land use (planning and zoning), redevelopment, affordable housing matters, commercial litigation, business formation, business sales and acquisitions, consumer law, personal injury, wills and probate/estate administration.

He presently serves as solicitor for numerous municipalities, planning boards and zoning boards throughout the State. He has tried dozens of jury and non-jury civil cases and has practiced in all divisions of the Superior Court of New Jersey as well as in administrative proceedings and in Federal Court.

Mr. Platt graduated from Rutgers University in 1984 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics and earned his Juris Doctor Degree with Tax Honors from Rutgers University School of Law in Camden, New Jersey in 1988. He is a member of the National Commission of the Anti-Defamation Legal League. He has served on the Board of Directors of various local and regional non-profit organizations and is a past Commissioner of the State of New Jersey Commission on Holocaust Education.

Mr. Platt is a lecturer in land use matters at the annual New Jersey League of Municipalities convention and he is a certified instructor for New Jersey Planning Officials (NJPO). He has been recognized in South Jersey Magazine as a Top Attorney in Land Use Law, Top Attorney in Real Estate Law and Awesome Attorney in Land Use Law.
